Method
- Lightly grease the slow cooker with olive oil.
- Place protein at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add vegetables evenly on top.
- Sprinkle garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
- Pour broth evenly over everything.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
