Method
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken lightly with pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium. Add garlic (and ginger, if using) and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, and water/broth; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cornstarch slurry; simmer until the sauce thickens and turns glossy.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat.
- Add noodles and toss until evenly coated.
- Remove from heat and garnish as desired. Serve warm.

Adjust sweetness or saltiness to taste before serving.
