Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or a wire rack.
Pat wings dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Arrange wings in a single layer and bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
While wings bake, add all sauce ingredients to a saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat for 12–15 minutes, stirring, until thick and glossy.
Toss hot wings in the sauce until fully coated.
Return wings to the oven for 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
Serve warm.
