- Let steaks sit at room temperature 10-15 minutes. Pat dry.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5-10 minutes.
- Rub steaks with oil, then season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- Place in air fryer basket (no overlapping). Cook 10-14 minutes (no flip needed): 10 minutes medium-rare, 12 minutes medium, 14 minutes medium-well.
- While cooking, mix butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Remove steaks, rest 5-10 minutes. Slice against the grain and top with garlic butter.
- Serve hot.

Use thermometer for precision: 135°F medium-rare, 145°F medium.
