- Cook the ground meat in a large pot over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Add the onion, garlic, and seasoning, stirring until fragrant.

Notes
For the best texture, add the cheese off heat or over very low heat. If the sauce thickens too much, add a small splash of warm liquid and stir gently.
