- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat if needed.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
- Pour sauce into the skillet; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Simmer 1–2 minutes until glossy and heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust sweetness or salt to taste before adding noodles.
Add a splash of water if the sauce tightens too much.
