This irresistible Wingstop-style copycat delivers the perfect balance of heat, creaminess, and crunch, making it an easy yet indulgent snack or side you can recreate at home anytime.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg French fries thick-cut or crinkle
  • 1 –2 tbsp olive oil or frying oil
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup warm cheese sauce cheddar-based
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 –3 tbsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 –2 tsp sugar or honey
  • Green onions or parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Cook fries until deeply golden and crispy (oven, air fryer, or fried).
  2. Warm the cheese sauce until smooth and pourable.
  3. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, hot sauce, and sugar/honey to a balanced sweet-heat.
  4. Transfer hot fries to a serving dish and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  5. Drizzle with warm cheese sauce.
  6. Finish with the sweet-spicy ranch drizzle.
  7. Garnish if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Season fries while hot for best flavor adhesion.
