Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
- Place the bottom layer on the baking pan. Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, banana peppers (optional), and provolone cheese evenly.
- Drizzle the Italian dressing over the meat and cheese layers.
- Place the top layer of rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover the pan loosely with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 4–5 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 3 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
• Add onions, roasted red peppers, or extra cheese for more flavor.
• For a spicier version, use pepper jack cheese or add chopped jalapeños.
