Greek Yogurt Bagels (High-Protein & Easy)

These Greek Yogurt Bagels are soft, chewy, and incredibly easy to make. No yeast, no boiling, and packed with protein thanks to thick Greek yogurt. Perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, or meal prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt thick & strained
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg for egg wash, optional
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds everything seasoning, cheese, poppy seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll into balls, then poke a hole in the center to shape bagels.
  6. Place bagels on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash if desired and add toppings.
  7. Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and firm.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
