- Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
- Increase heat to high and add remaining oil.
- Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes on each side. Do not overcrowd.
- Lower heat, add remaining butter and garlic, and stir to coat the steak.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- Return potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Cook for 1–2 more minutes to absorb flavors.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

• For extra crispiness, cook potatoes longer before removing.
