Garlic Chicken Wraps

Juicy garlic-seasoned chicken wrapped in a soft tortilla with fresh vegetables and a creamy sauce. Easy, flavorful, and perfect for busy days.

Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken:
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • For Assembly:
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Red onion optional
  • Cucumber or bell pepper

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with oil, garlic, spices, and lemon.
  2. Cook in skillet until golden and cooked through.
  3. Rest and slice chicken.
  4. Mix sauce ingredients.
  5. Assemble wraps with chicken, veggies, and sauce.
  6. Wrap tightly and serve or toast.

Notes

• Chicken thighs are juicier than breasts.
• Toast wraps for extra flavor.
• Sauce can be made ahead.
• Great for meal prep lunches.
