French Dip Sliders

These French dip sliders are soft, cheesy, and filled with tender beef. Served with a rich dipping broth, they’re the ultimate comfort food for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider rolls kept connected
  • 1 lb 450 g thinly sliced beef (roast beef or shaved beef)
  • cups shredded provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth for dipping
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the connected rolls horizontally, keeping them intact.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer the beef evenly over the rolls, then top with cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush butter mixture generously over the rolls.
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake another 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  10. Warm beef broth separately and serve on the side for dipping.
