- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Combine chicken mixture with sauce and transfer to baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
