Cuban-Inspired Pull-Apart Sliders

These Cuban-inspired pull-apart sliders are soft, cheesy, and brushed with savory butter. An easy, irresistible recipe perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider rolls kept connected
  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork or shredded ham
  • cups sliced Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup mustard yellow or Dijon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced pickles for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the connected rolls horizontally, keeping them intact.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread mustard evenly, then layer pulled pork and Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the butter mixture generously over the rolls, letting it seep between cracks.
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake another 8–10 minutes until golden and melty.
  10. Rest 5 minutes before pulling apart and serving.
