Method
- Place chicken breasts or thighs into the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and coat well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred using two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and mix into the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 10–15 minutes to absorb flavor.
- Add extra BBQ sauce if you prefer a thicker, richer finish.
- Serve warm in sandwiches, tacos, bowls, or over rice.
