Method
- Place chicken breasts or thighs in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and coat well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the crockpot.
- Stir shredded chicken into the sauce and let it cook for 10–15 minutes to absorb flavor.
- Add extra BBQ sauce if a thicker or richer coating is desired.
- Serve in sandwiches, tacos, over rice, potatoes, or salads.
