- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the baking sheet. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, and herbs.
- Spoon the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, pressing gently to adhere.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes to achieve a golden, crispy crust.
- Remove from oven and rest for 2 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
