- Air fry until golden and crisp, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Transfer the hot halloumi to a plate and immediately drizzle with honey.
- Add optional seasoning if desired and serve right away.

Do not overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if needed.
Add honey only after cooking to avoid burning.
