Creamy Corn Dip Recipe – Easy, Cheesy & Perfect for Any Party

This creamy corn dip recipe is rich, cheesy, and incredibly easy to make. A crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for parties, game nights, and cozy gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sweet corn kernels fresh, frozen, or canned – drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add cream cheese and sour cream, stirring until smooth.
  5. Fold in corn kernels and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Gradually add shredded cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  7. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove from heat and let rest briefly before serving.

Notes

  • For a thinner dip, add a splash of milk or cream.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
