Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Hawaiian rolls 12-count
  • 10 –12 slices bacon cooked and crispy
  • 8 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 –10 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble gently over low heat until fluffy.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them.
  5. Layer cheese slices on the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Add the scrambled eggs evenly.
  7. Add the crispy bacon on top.
  8. Add another layer of cheese if desired.
  9. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  10. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and parsley.
  11. Brush the glaze generously over the rolls.
  12. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  13. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden.
  14. Slice and serve warm.

• For extra creaminess, spread a thin layer of cream cheese under the eggs.
• Swap bacon for sausage, ham, turkey bacon, or veggies.
