Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble gently over low heat until fluffy.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them.
- Layer cheese slices on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Add the scrambled eggs evenly.
- Add the crispy bacon on top.
- Add another layer of cheese if desired.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush the glaze generously over the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
