Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 3 –4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or blend
  • 4 –6 flour tortillas
  • Optional: lettuce tomatoes, spinach, jalapeños, ranch or mayo

Method
 

  1. Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and season with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook until chicken is golden and fully cooked, 6–8 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Lower heat and sprinkle cheese over the chicken. Cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
  6. Warm tortillas in a clean pan or microwave.
  7. Spoon cheesy garlic chicken into each tortilla. Add any optional fillings.
  8. Roll wraps tightly, tucking in the sides.
  9. Toast wraps in a skillet until golden and crispy on both sides.
  10. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

• Add cream cheese for extra creaminess.
• Use spicy cheese or chili flakes if you prefer heat.
• Great with ranch, garlic mayo, or Caesar dressing.
