Bang Bang Salmon Bites

Crispy, tender salmon bites coated in a creamy, sweet-spicy bang bang sauce. Fast to make, full of flavor, and perfect as a main dish, bowl topper, or crowd-pleasing appetizer—restaurant-style results without complicated steps.

Ingredients
  

  • Fresh salmon fillets skinless, cut into bite-size cubes
  • Olive oil or neutral oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika optional
  • Light coating such as cornstarch or a similar pantry option
  • Bang Bang Sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Sriracha adjust to taste
  • Optional: honey or lime juice for balance

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon dry and cut into evenly sized pieces.
  2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Toss lightly with oil and coating until evenly covered.
  4. Cook salmon bites until crisp on the outside and just cooked through inside, turning once for even browning.
  5. Mix all bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Gently toss cooked salmon with sauce or drizzle over the top.
  7. Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

Do not overcrowd while cooking; work in batches if needed.
Adjust sauce heat to preference.
Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers are great in bowls or salads.
