–3 tbsp soy sauce

–3 tbsp sweet chili sauce

–2 tsp sriracha
optional
Optional: cooked chicken/shrimp/tofu
Sesame seeds & lime wedges
Method
Heat oil in wok, scramble eggs, set aside.
Sauté garlic and scallions with veggies.
Add cold rice, toss well.
Mix in sauces and sriracha.
Add eggs & protein, toss until coated.
Serve hot with sesame & lime.
