Method
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Thread the chicken evenly onto skewers.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth. Set aside a portion of the sauce for serving.
- Cook the skewers using your preferred method—grill, bake, or pan-cook—until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden. During the final minutes of cooking, brush the chicken with some of the bang bang sauce.
- Remove from heat and drizzle or brush with the reserved sauce. Garnish if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water before cooking to prevent burning.
Reserve sauce separately for food safety.
Adjust spice level easily by changing the amount of sriracha.
