Baked Ranch Chicken

Juicy, tender baked ranch chicken coated in a creamy, flavorful ranch mixture. Easy, quick, and perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan or cheddar cheese optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, mayonnaise (or sour cream), garlic powder, paprika, and cheese if using.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Optional: broil 2–3 minutes for a more golden top.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

• Use chicken thighs for extra juicy results.
• Add breadcrumbs for a crispy topping.
• Add chili powder or hot sauce for a spicy version.
• Serve with mashed potatoes, vegetables, or rice.
