- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer for a few minutes and lightly spray the basket with oil.
- Arrange the chicken bites in a single layer, leaving space between pieces.
- Lightly spray the tops with oil.
- Air fry until golden and crispy, flipping or shaking halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and rest briefly before serving.
