Air Fryer Ranch Crusted Chicken Bites

These air fryer ranch crusted chicken bites are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with classic ranch flavor. An easy, crowd-pleasing recipe perfect for weeknight dinners, snacks, or game day.

Ingredients
  

  • lb chicken breast or chicken tenders cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • Oil spray olive or avocado oil
  • Optional: black pepper paprika, grated Parmesan

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
  2. Set up two bowls: one with beaten eggs, one with breadcrumbs mixed with ranch seasoning.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer for a few minutes and lightly spray the basket with oil.
  5. Arrange the chicken bites in a single layer, leaving space between pieces.
  6. Lightly spray the tops with oil.
  7. Air fry until golden and crispy, flipping or shaking halfway through.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Best served fresh for maximum crispiness.
Add extra seasoning after cooking if desired.
