- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, chopped crab meat, green onions, and garlic until smooth and well combined.
- Place wonton wrappers on a clean surface and add a small spoonful of filling to the center of each.
- Lightly moisten the edges with water, fold, and press firmly to seal.
- Lightly brush or spray the assembled rangoons with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer briefly, then arrange rangoons in a single layer with space between them.
- Cook until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not overfill the wrappers to prevent bursting.
Seal edges tightly to keep the filling inside.
Best enjoyed fresh, but reheats well in the air fryer.
