Method
- Scrub the potatoes well and pat them completely dry.
- Pierce each potato a few times with a fork.
- Place the potatoes in a bowl and coat lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle generously with salt, rubbing it into the skin.
- Preheat the air fryer for a few minutes.
- Arrange potatoes in the air fryer basket with space between them.
- Air fry until the skins are crisp and the potatoes are tender, turning halfway through.
- Remove, slice open, fluff the inside, and add toppings as desired.
Notes
Choose potatoes similar in size for even cooking.
Do not wrap in foil if you want crispy skin.
Best served hot, right after cooking.
