Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt thick & strained
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder only if flour is not self-rising
  • Optional
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour and Greek yogurt.
  2. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Lightly flour a surface and knead dough gently for 1 minute.
  4. Divide dough into 4 equal portions.
  5. Roll each piece into a ball, then poke a hole in the center to form a bagel.
  6. Brush lightly with egg wash if using and add toppings.
  7. Place bagels in a preheated air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  9. Remove once golden and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.
